VISA:     We strongly ask all the participants to check if you need to apply for the visa for a short-term stay in Japan from the following page of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.     -----> VISA/Residing in Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html)   *** Important ***     If you need the visa for a short-term stay in Japan,         (i) choose Early Registration & Payment,         (ii) fill in all the necessary information on the application form: visa_info_form_SETA2019.xls, and         (iii) send it to seta2019 [at] pac.ne.jp.     If you have any question on VISA, contact seta2019 [at] pac.ne.jp.     We will start to do the paper work for the visa after confirming your payment.
